FOXMING TERMS OF SERVICE

1. User Account Management

  • Registration Requirements
    Users must register with authentic, complete, and valid personal information.
    FOXMING reserves the right to reject accounts registered with false information and terminate services.
  • Account Responsibility
    Users are fully responsible for account security and operations. FOXMING assumes no liability for losses caused by password leaks, operational errors, etc.

2. Service Usage Guidelines

  • Lawful Use
    FOXMING services/products shall not be used for illegal purposes, including but not limited to disseminating unlawful content, intellectual property infringement, or cyber attacks.
  • Prohibited Actions
    The following will result in immediate service termination without refund:
    • Violation of laws in the server's jurisdiction;
    • Unauthorized resale or subleasing of services;
    • Resource abuse (e.g., excessive bandwidth consumption, DDoS attacks);
    • Threatening or abusive behavior toward FOXMING systems/staff.

3. Refunds & Dispute Resolution

  • Refund Policy
    - Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days after service approval;
    - Original payment method refunds deduct 2.9% transaction fees. Balance refunds are fee-free.
  • Non-refundable Cases:
    • Violation of these Terms;
    • Exceeding 10% of allocated data usage;
    • Promotional products/temporary accounts;
    • Malicious repeat refund requests;
    • Non-first-time purchasers requesting post-use refunds.
  • Refund Limits
    Each user may claim one original payment method refund. Subsequent refunds will be credited to account balance.

4. Service Cycle & Renewal

  • Expiration Notice
    System will notify users via email or in-platform message 7 days before service expiration.
  • Termination & Data Deletion
    - Services suspend automatically on expiration day if unrenewed;
    - Data may be permanently deleted 30 day post-expiration.

5. Disclaimer

  • FOXMING is not liable for:
    • Service interruptions/data loss due to unpaid fees;
    • User operational errors (e.g., accidental deletions);
    • Service termination from Terms violation;
    • Proxy server IP changes (custom plans excluded).

6. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection
    - Registration info: Name, corporate email, company
    - Usage data: Connection times, server IPs, traffic logs
    - Payment info: Processed by third parties (full card numbers not stored)
  • Data Usage
    - Account verification
    - Billing & payments
    - System diagnostics
    - Legal compliance (taxation, regulations)
  • Data Sharing
    Disclosed only to:
    • NDA-bound partners (payment processors, cloud providers)
    • Judicial authorities
    • Mergers/acquisitions
  • Data Retention
    - Account info: 36 months post-termination
    - Financial records: 7 years per tax laws
    - Service logs: Anonymized every 90 days
  • User Rights
    - Access/update info via account console
    - Request non-essential data deletion (excl. legal requirements)
    - Opt-out of non-essential marketing
  • Security Measures
    - TLS 1.3 encryption
    - AES-256 database encryption
    - Annual ISO 27001 audits
  • Policy Updates
    - Revisions effective after 30-day website posting
    - Material changes notified via registered email

7. Amendments & Interpretation

  • FOXMING retains final interpretation rights;
  • FOXMING may unilaterally modify Terms, effective upon website publication without prior notice.
